Hummus

1 Box (410 gr.) cooked chickpeas
2 T. Extra virgin olive oil
1 T. Tahini (sesame paste)
2-3 T. Lemon juice
1 t. Herb salt
1 t. Basil
1 t. garlic or onion powder
(A little bit cayenne)

Procedure:
Open the box chickpeas, and pour off all water. Cheaper/better option: Buy dried chickpeas, soak and boil yourself.
Mash the chickpeas in food-processor – or with a stave mixer / fork.
Add the other ingredients and run till a smooth, creamy texture. Enjoy 
