pesto

1 dl. raw walnuts
1/2 dl. raw cashew nuts
Fresh leaves from one pot of basil
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 dl. yeast flakes
1/2 – 1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 dl. extra virgin olive oil (can be partly substituted by unsweetened soymilk)

Procedure: Run all the ingredients, except the oil, in a food-processor for 1/2 min. Add oil/soymilk slowly. Enjoy
